The registration and login processes on the library website sat on old infrastructure and each system had a separate login process – this situation created a complex situation for our users.

As part of the renewal process of the library website – we implemented a new technological project that included converting all login systems into one uniform system (SSO) that will allow website users to enter all the different library systems using one username.

The work on these processes included:
Benchmarking, flow charts, user research, and updating the overall look & feel And aligning it with the new design system.
We created a responsive (including the missing mobile version) trilingual design.

After the release, we received a lot of positive feedback, both from our users and inside the organization.
